LOCAL ORGANIZERS BUILDING A NON-PROFIT
Swing in Bloom is organized by West Coast Swing Events Ottawa, a Canadian non-profit started by a group of long-time West Coast Swing dancers and organizers in the Ottawa area. Our goal is to host the most delightful events and to give every dancer the space and skills to express themselves on and off the dance floor.
