We’re looking for friendly, reliable folks to help with things like registration desk check-in, monitoring the vendor marketplace, competition line-ups, driving/transportation, door monitoring duties, and more.

If you’re interested, we’d love to hear from you! You can fill out our volunteer form at this link.

Notes:

• Volunteers should buy their passes in advance. If you are volunteering in order to pay for a pass, we will pay you back up to the full value of the pass that you purchased.
• Volunteer compensation applies to passes only, we do not accept volunteering as compensation for competitions, intensives, or any other items that incur additional costs.
• As a non-profit event, we are also deeply grateful for any volunteering provided without compensation. Doing so can fulfill community involvement hours for high school graduation, or be a way to give back to the community.
