Vanessa (she/her) started swing dancing in 2007 and quickly discovered a passion for WCS which she has been practicing for 15 years now. Over the past few years, she has taken part in several Canadian and American East Coast events as a social and competition dancer. She is an active member of the Montreal WCS community. She made her debut as a DJ in 2018 within this same community and since 2019, she has been involved as a DJ in WCS events on the American East Coast. She has a diverse music roster including WCS dancer favorites from the past decade.
